AAI looks for Consultants to Prepare Detailed Report for 4 MW Solar Project at Trichy Airport

The AAI is in quest of to use solar as a low-cost and renewable source of power to fuel operations at different airports across India

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has announced that it is seeking for a consultant to prepare a detailed project report (DPR) for a 4 MW ground mounted solar PV project proposed at Trichy airport.

The final date for the submission of bids is February 12, 2019.The technical bids will open on February 13, 2019 while the financial bids will open on February 18, 2019.

To be entitled for the services, an agency should have effectively installed or provided consultancy services for at least one grid connected solar PV project of 4 MW or above during the last seven years. It should also have annual average financial turnover of at least Rs.1,50,000($2,104.80) against the works completed during last three years.

The estimated cost of the consultancy service is Rs.5,00,000($7,016.00) and the period for completing the work is two months. The AAI is in quest of to use solar as a low-cost and renewable source of power to fuel operations at different airports across India.
