AAI invites bids for a INR 87,11,766 contract to maintain and monitor a 2 MWp rooftop solar plant at Kolkata Airport.

The tender fee is set at INR1,180, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR1,74,235 is required. Both fees are payable online, with exemptions available as specified in the tender documents. The estimated tender value for the project is INR 87,11,766, and the contract period spans three years, from 2024 to 2027.
As per the notice, the key dates for the tender process include the start of document download and bid submission on July 10, 2024, with the deadline for bid submission being July 31, 2024. The bid opening is scheduled for August 1, 2024, at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata.
The bid process includes two covers viz.the first for fee/prequalification/technical documents, and the second for financial documents. Interested bidders are required to submit scanned copies of various documents, including a tender acceptance letter, PAN and GST registration, relevant forms and undertakings, an authorization letter or power of attorney, and work experience documents as per the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT).
