Inox Clean Energy will acquire Vena Energy India’s 6 GW renewable energy portfolio, comprising 1.2 GW of operational assets, 1.8 GW of near-commissioning projects and 3 GW of development-stage projects. With this, the company’s total operating portfolio reaches about 4 GW with an additional 12 GW developmental pipeline.

Vena Energy Signs 124 MW Wind Power Purchase Agreement with SECI

Vena Energy has signed a 124 MW wind PPA with Solar Energy Corporation. Once operational, the project is expected to generate 428,000 MWh annually while avoiding 407,000 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions each year.

Vena Energy and SECI Sign India’s First Load-Following Renewable PPA for 100 MW

Vena Energy, the renewable energy arm of Vena Group and a green energy solution provider across the Asia-Pacific region, has signed India’s first load-following Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for 100 MW capacity under the Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) scheme.
