Neoen Divests 760 MW of Operational Portfolio in France to Plenitude

Neoen has inked a deal to sell 760 MW of its French renewable energy portfolio, including 37 solar farms, 14 onshore wind farms and one battery storage facility, to Plenitude, a subsidiary of Eni. However, Neoen retains a portfolio of assets in operation or under construction of 1.1 GW in France as well as a strong development pipeline.
