Pace Digitek Files DRHP with SEBI for INR 900 Crore IPO, Plans Investment in BESS Projects
Pace Digitek has filed the draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise INR 900 crore through an initial public offering (IPO). About INR 630 crore from IPO proceeds will be used for the company’s 750 MW/1,500 MWh BESS projects for MSEDCL in Maharashtra.

Sarala Project Works, Oriana Power and Pace Digitek Win KTPCL’s 500 MW/1,000 MWh BESS Auction
Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation’s (KPTCL) auction for 500 MW/1,000 MWh standalone BESS projects has attracted the lowest bid of INR 2.49 lakh/MW/Month. A total capacity of 350 MW/700 MWh has been awarded to Sarala Project Works, Oriana Power, and Pace Digitek.

Telangana Power Generation Corporation’s (TGGENCO) auction for a 250 MW/500 MWh standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) secured an L1 bid of INR 2.40 lakh/MW/month, awarding 225 MW/450 MWh to Bondada Engineering, Oriana Power, and Pace Digitek.
