NTPC Plans to Develop 30 GW Nuclear Power Projects by 2047: MoS Power

NTPC aims to build 30 GW of nuclear power capacity by 2047 as part of India’s 100 GW nuclear goal. Its 4×700 MW Mahi Banswara project in Rajasthan is underway, and the initial testing of its first 700 MW unit is expected by FY 2032-33, stated Minister of State in the Ministry of Power, Shripad Naik.
