Ministry of Power has extended ISTS charge waivers for solar and wind projects facing delays due to transmission constraints, subject to eligibility, including a firm PPA as of March 31, 2026, firm connectivity between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2028, and COD linked to transmission system readiness.
