GUVNL has completed its 250 MW solar auction for grid-connected solar projects, with a greenshoe option for an additional 250 MW. Avaada Energy, SAEL Industries, and Welspun Renewable Energy secured contracts at INR 2.60/kWh. The auction strengthens Gujarat’s renewable energy capacity through competitive bidding and a reverse e-auction.
