Oswal Energies and DPA Ink MoU to Develop Green Hydrogen, Methanol, Ammonia and Desalination Plant

Oswal Energies has signed an MoU with the Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) to develop integrated green energy and desalination projects. Under the agreement, the company will establish green hydrogen production units, methanol and ammonia conversion facilities, and a 100 MLD desalination plant to support India’s National Green Energy initiative.

Kandla Port to Commence Green Hydrogen Production by July 2025

Kandla port is set to become India’s first to host an operational green hydrogen plant using indigenous electrolysers manufactured by L&T, with a 1 MW facility at Deendayal Port Authority which will be operational by July 2025. It is expected to produce 18 kg of hydrogen per hour.

Jakson Green to Build INR 2,400 Crore Green Ammonia Plant at Kandla Port

This innovative facility will be strategically located at Kandla Port in Gujarat and will be developed in a phased approach, with an estimated annual production capacity of 133,000 tonnes of green ammonia.
