Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (APTRANSCO) has invited bids to set up 1,000 MW/2,000 MWh standalone battery energy storage systems across seven substations in Andhra Pradesh under the BOO model with VGF support. Bid submission ends on September 29, 2025.

ACME Solar, Patel Infrastructure Win NHPC’s 1,000 MWh BESS Auction in Andhra Pradesh

NHPC’s auction for setting up 500 MW/1,000 MWh InSTS-connected standalone BESS in Andhra Pradesh has attracted an L1 tariff of INR 2.08 lakh/MW/month. Patel Infrastructure (450 MWh) and ACME Solar (550 MWh) emerged as winners.
