ALMM Update: Solar Module Capacity Surpasses 217 GW in August 2026
MNRE has updated the ALMM List-I, adding 12,724 MW of solar module capacity in August 2026, taking the total enlisted capacity to 217,107 MW. SLR Solar, Veda Solar, Senses14 Power Solution and Poola Energy are the new entrants. Adani Solar, Fujiyama Power Systems, Credence Solar Panels, HR Solar Solution and SAEL Industries have increased capacities.

Avaada Enters ALMM List-II for Solar Cells, Fujiyama Adds Capacity
Avaada Electro has entered MNRE's ALMM List-II with 610 MW of N-Type TOPCon G12 solar cell manufacturing capacity from its Nagpur facility. UTL Solar has increased its Bifacial Mono PERC solar cells capacity by 640 MW. Total enlisted capacity in ALMM List-II has increased to 31,758 MW.

Cosmic PV Power Secures First ALMM Approval for Surat Facility with 1,848 MW Capacity
Cosmic's Tadkeshwar facility has been enlisted with an annual manufacturing capacity of 1,848 MW and is approved to manufacture three series of bifacial N-type TOPCon solar modules.

MNRE has updated the ALMM List-I, adding 10,494 MW of solar module capacity in July 2026, taking the total enlisted capacity to 204,383 MW. Havells India, Solarium Green Energy, Aroma Solar, ISH Solar, Powersphere Renewable and NRG SOL Power are the new entrants. Cosmic PV Power and Icon Solar have added capacities from new plants.

MNRE has updated the ALMM List-I, adding 20,745 MW of module capacity in May 2026, taking the total enlisted capacity to 193,889 MW. Sudarshan Saur Shakti, Nav-Yug Solar and Silver Pumps and Motors are the new entrants. Waaree, Reliance Industries, Novasys Greenergy, Rayzon Solar, Luminous, PIXON Green Energy, Redren Energy have increased capacities.

RenewSys India Enters ALMM List-II for Solar Cells
RenewSys India has entered the ALMM List-II for solar PV cells by adding 452 MW of Bifacial N-Type TOPCon Solar Cell capacity from its plant in Telangana. Total enlisted capacity in ALMM List-II has increased to 30,508 MW.

Reliance Industries Enters ALMM List-II for Solar Cells, Total Enlisted Capacity Crosses 30 GW
Reliance has entered the ALMM List-II for solar PV cells by adding 1,238 MW of HJT solar cell capacity, while Jupiter International has added 991 MW of Mono PERC capacity from its new plant in Himachal Pradesh. Websol has enhanced its capacity by 600 MW to reach 1,202 MW. Total enlisted capacity in ALMM List-II has increased to 30,056 MW.

MNRE has updated the ALMM List-I, adding 11,035 MW of solar module capacity in March 2026, taking the total enlisted capacity to 173,144 MW. Startup Energy (Micromax), Best Apartment, Army Solar Energy, Rajdeep Solar Energy and Sahjanand Solar are the new entrants. Vikram Solar, INA Solar, Solex Energy, Websol, and Swelect have increased capacities.

RenewSys India, SAEL, Pahal Solar, Premier Energies, Grew Solar, Emmvee, ReNew Photovoltaics, Sunify Solar, Sunbond Energy, Group Surya and Adani Solar have increased capacities.
