Technology: Our Technology is a revolution in the field of Power Generation where - in generation is done without fossil or biomass fuels. CO2 emissions in recent past have risen inexorably and the demand for stable and clean energy has increased rapidly. Significance: • An air conditioner runs and condenses coil assembly which is enclosed within an insulating enclosure and is filled with refrigerant. • Related background artefacts are heat pump, refrigeration system, ther- mal power station and solar heater. • ‘Yunay’ convert low or high temperature heat of surrounding atmosphere/ ground surface air’s to rotating and reciprocating motions with which the turbine or heat engine revolves and eventually generates massive usable electricity. Product Availability: ‘Yunay’ will be deployed firstly for power plants and then will be introduced in the B2C market as boxes. It will be deployed at power plants with over 10 MW of capacity in next 3-4 months. Market Scope: a). Core Power Plants The company is planning to set up power plants generating up to 100 MW of electricity in Ghazia- bad, Uttar Pradesh. The first of its kind project, wherein, the underground water thermal energy will be tapped and converted into electrical energy. b). Turnkey Projects The company is planning to cater to sick indus- tries and existing thermal, geothermal & solar plants wherein to reduce their Capex and Opex cost and time, by helping them converting their ex- isting power generation technology to it’s own with a very low initial investment. As per the company, very less change in infrastructure and equipment will be required to attain high level of electrical ef- ficiency via its technology. c). Small Industries and Households As small industries require low operational power, it can be catered with the high efficiency ‘Yunay’ machines. It’s a customized machine like a power generator which can generate and meet the needs of a small scale industry. With ‘Yunay’, electricity of up to few KW can be easily met. It has the capabil- ity of replacing all existing conventional gensets. This is the company’s upcoming project which it feels can revolutionize the inverter and electrical power generation market. Start-up Ecosystem Challenges and Solutions: Number of schemes for new entrants under the Start-up India initiative has been set up, primar- ily in terms of funding, tax breaks and rebates. Additional support in the form of Incubation Cen- tres and Ease of Doing Business can be helpful. Some of the best steps could be – spreading more awareness about schemes launched, e-gover- nance and reducing bureaucracy & government interference. For example - GST registration re- quirements for 3 years has already been removed.
