Sungrow Strengthens India’s C&I Storage Market with PowerStack 255CS Building on over 1,000 successful en- ergy storage deployments across com- mercial and industrial (C&I) and util- ity-scale projects globally, Sungrow continues to strengthen its presence in India with the introduction of the PowerStack 255CS Energy Storage System. Unveiled at REI Expo 2025, the solution is specifically designed to meet the energy requirements of small and medium industries. The PowerStack 255CS features a 125 kW/255 kWh (2-hour) configuration, addressing the growing demand for re- liable and efficient energy storage solu - tions in the Indian market. Designed for high efficiency and lower cost of ownership, the fully integrated system comes pre-installed and pre-commis- sioned, significantly reducing installa - tion time and project complexity. A key highlight of the system is its AI-driven thermal management, which reduces daily heat loss by up to 33 percent. Complementing this is an advanced liquid-cooling system that maintains precise temperature control with a variation of ≤ 2.5°C, helping enhance overall performance while ex- tending battery life. Safety is another defining feature of the PowerStack 255CS. The system incorporates a three-level fire protec - tion system, early thermal runaway detection, and multi-level overcurrent protection across the PACK, RACK, and PCS levels, ensuring dependable and secure operation under demanding conditions.
