More than 500 renewable energy profes- sionals, policymakers, and industry stake- holders gathered in Guwahati on June 25, 2026, for the inaugural North-East edition of the REconnect Summit, a one-day con- ference that underscored growing investor and industry interest in the region as As- sam accelerates its clean energy ambitions. Organised by Energetica India at Vivanta by Taj, the summit attracted over 500 at- tendees, featured more than 20 speakers, and brought together over 150 delegates representing government agencies, utilities, developers, EPC companies, manufactur- ers, technology providers, and financial in - stitutions.
