Deye’s Scalable 100kW–2MW C&I Energy Storage Solution for Reliable, Intelligent Power Management The Deye MS-G(S)215-2H3 is a com- mercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage solution designed for medium- to large-scale solar and backup power applications. The system combines a 100 kW power conversion system (PCS) with a 215 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery pack in a single in- tegrated outdoor cabinet. It is intended for factories, warehouses, office build - ings, EV charging stations, microgrids, and other businesses seeking energy in- dependence, peak shaving, and backup power reliability. One of the standout features of the MS-GS215-2H3 is its integrated archi- tecture. The system combines the Ener- gy Management System (EMS), Power Conversion System (PCS), and Battery Management System (BMS) into one compact unit, reducing installation complexity and improving operational coordination. It supports both on-grid and off-grid operation, allowing busi- nesses to continue running during grid outages while also optimising energy costs during normal utility operation. The battery chemistry used is LiFePO4 (LFP), which is widely regarded as one of the safest and most durable lithium battery technologies. The system is rated for more than 6,000 charge-dis- charge cycles, making it suitable for long-term industrial deployment. Deye also integrates several safety features, including aerosol fire suppression, ex - plosion-proof battery compartments, thermal management, and intelligent temperature control that keeps battery temperatures below 35°C for improved lifespan and performance. The MS-G(S)215-2H3 delivers 100 kW AC output and supports up to 200 kWp photovoltaic input and 215kWh bat- tery. The system allows customisation where MPPT requirement depends on the application such as DC coupling or AC coupling. The round-trip efficiency is approximately 88 percent, while invert- er efficiency reaches about 97.6 percent. The system operates on a 380/400 Vac three-phase grid and supports Ethernet and 4G communication for remote mon- itoring and smart energy management. Businesses can use the EMS functions for peak-valley arbitrage, demand con- trol, load tracking, anti-backflow pro - tection, and backup power scheduling. Scalability is another important ad- vantage. Multiple units can operate in parallel, allowing installations to ex- pand from a single 215 kWh cabinet to multi-megawatt energy storage plants. Up to 20 units can be connected for on-grid systems, reaching capacities of around 2 MW and 4.3 MWh. The system is engineered for demand- ing outdoor environments. It carries an IP54 enclosure rating and C5 anti-cor- rosion protection, enabling operation in harsh industrial or coastal conditions. energetica INDIA- May-June_2026 68 PRODUCT FEATURE
