Solarious Energy’s 610–630 Wp HJT Bifacial Double-Glass Module for Utility and C&I Projects Solar projects require modules that de- liver consistent efficiency, defined oper - ating limits, and long service life. Solar - ious Energy offers the SLB-G12R Series 610–630 Wp HJT bifacial double-glass module for utility-scale, commercial & industrial (C&I), and large rooftop in - stallations. The module uses HJT 3.0 cell technology, a zero busbar (0BB) layout, and a 132 half-cut cell configu - ration with bifacial output capability. According to the product datasheet, the module delivers rated efficiencies up to 23.3 percent. The SLB-G12R series uses heterojunc - tion (HJT) solar cells, which combine crystalline silicon with thin-film lay - ers to reduce recombination losses and support stable temperature behaviour. Solarious Energy applies a zero busbar design to reduce front-side shading and shorten the current path inside the cell. This layout supports improved current collection and low-light response under varying irradiance conditions, as speci - fied in the datasheet. The module series covers power classes from 610 Wp to 630 Wp, with efficien - cies ranging from 22.6 percent to 23.3 percent depending on the variant. So - larious Energy specifies a positive-only power tolerance of 0 to +5 W. Under Standard Test Conditions (1000 W/ m² irradiance, AM 1.5 spectrum, 25°C cell temperature), the modules operate with open-circuit voltage up to 49.34 V and short-circuit current up to 16.16 A. Maximum power voltage reaches up to 41.23 V and maximum power current up to 15.30 A. The bifacial cell structure allows additional rear-side generation. Actual rear-side gain depends on sys - tem design and site surface reflectivity, and the datasheet provides reference output values for different bifacial gain assumptions. Built for Durability: Double Glass and PIB Sealing Durability is a defining feature of the SLB-G12R series. The module uses a 2.0 mm dual-glass structure combined with PIB (polyisobutylene) sealing, which enhances moisture resistance and air impermeability. This construction helps protect cells from environmental stress and degradation, extending oper - ational life in harsh climates. The module is engineered to withstand demanding field conditions, including: • Operating temperature range: –40°C to +85°C • Maximum system voltage: 1500 V DC • Snow load capacity: 5400 Pa • Wind load capacity: 2400 Pa • Hail resistance: up to 24 mm at 83 km/h impact speed An IP68-rated split junction box with three bypass diodes, MC4-compatible connectors, and high-resistivity encap - sulation materials further strengthens system reliability. Its thermal characteristics include a power temperature coefficient of –0.35 percent per degree Celsius, an open-cir - cuit voltage coefficient of –0.28 percent per degree Celsius, and a short-circuit current coefficient of +0.05 percent per degree Celsius. The nominal operating cell temperature is specified at 45°C ± 2°C. These parameters define expect - ed output variation with temperature change. The module complies with IEC 61215, IEC 61730, IEC 62941, and IEC/ TS 62994 standards. Manufacturing and management systems follow ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications. Solarious En - ergy provides a 15-year product warran - ty on materials and workmanship and a 30-year linear performance warranty. The published warranty curve specifies about 90.3 percent of the rated output at year 30. The SLB-G12R 610–630 Wp HJT bifa - cial module suits ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects across utility and C&I segments. Its electrical ratings, bi - facial design, and certified construction support deployment across a range of installation conditions. energetica INDIA- February_2026 76 PRODUCT FEATURE
