The Finance Minister has unveiled an INR 20,000 crore scheme for Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS). The programme targets emissions from hard- to-abate industrial sectors, ensuring that high economic growth remains compatible with India’s climate commit- ments.
