Intelligent O&M Solution for the PV Sector Latest Innovations in Solar Inverters RenewSys India, an integrated manufacturer of solar PV modules and their key components – encapsulants, backsheets, and solar PV cells, unveiled its latest innovation, the DCR M10R solar cells. Developed under the Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) framework, these cells are engineered for supe- rior efficiency, reliability, and performance across diverse climatic conditions. These new cells are being manufactured at RenewSys’ state-of-the-art facility in Hyderabad. KP Group has introduced the SR-Shuttle Link, an automated rail system that transfers solar cleaning robots between panel rows for fully hands-free, high-efficiency cleaning. With intelligent tracking, self-charging, and sen - sor-based precision alignment, it enables continuous autonomous operation. The system supports adjustable height and tilt for various tracker designs, can serve 5–6 rows (700–800 m), and offers maintenance-free, scalable clean- ing cycles to maximise energy yield and O&M efficiency. DhaSh PV Technologies showcased its new product line of PV ribbon and inter- connect busbars – LYNC. Further, the company announced its plan to scale in - terconnect busbars capacity from the current 6.5 GW to 25 GW by March 2026, supported by a new 1,000 km/day solar DC cable line becoming operational in the next three months. Solis unveiled the 125kW C&I Energy Storage Inverter (S6-EH3P(75-125)K10- NV-YD-H). It is Solis’ flagship 4-in-1 hybrid inverter, integrating PV genera - tion, battery smart charging/discharging (PCS), on/off-grid switching and genset switching (STS), and smart energy management system (EMS) into one intelligent solution. With an IP66 outdoor protection rating, it can continuously operate in harsh environments like sandstorms and heavy rain. In addition, the unified algorithms and control sequencing reduce inter-device co - ordination delays and prevent interlocking failures. This results in faster delivery, more agile responses, and a more stable system. The EMS manages the coordi- nation of the battery, PV, load/grid/genset, supports policy deployment, remote operation, and fault self-healing. Solar inverters, which are deemed to be a crucial part of the solar energy ecosystem, saw heightened activity in terms of new launches – particularly in hybrid inverters that also offer energy storage. energetica INDIA- November_2025 33 EVENT COVERAGE
