Synchro Electricals Inaugurates New Manufacturing Facility in Ravki, Rajkot Synchro Electricals has inaugurated its new manufacturing facility in Ravki, Rajkot, marking a key expansion in its production operations. The new 80,000 sq. ft. facility includes six LT panel assembly lines on the ground floor with an annual production capacity of 4 GW, along with busbar storage and a machine shop. The first floor features switchgear storage and an ACDB–DCDB assembly line with a capacity of 150,000 units annually, plus over 10,000 SCBs. The second floor houses the company’s corporate office. As part of the event, the company or- ganised a blood donation camp with Shrimad Rajchandra Seva Group, col- lecting more than 167 units of blood. The initiative was led by Vinaybhai Jasani and a team of volunteers. The company also launched a large- scale tree-planting drive under the VrukshRaag initiative, in partnership with the Sadbhavna Group. Through the event, attendees were given 307 trees, with the option to plant them in their own name or on behalf of others. Synchro Electricals planted 100,000 trees as part of its broader sustainabili- ty programme. Guests at the inauguration includ- ed Prafulbhai Advani (Owner, Gokul Namkeen), MLA Rameshbhai Tilara, MLA Jayeshbhai Radadiya, and repre- sentatives from L&K, Rittal Pvt. Ltd., Rayzon Solar Ltd., Siemens Ltd., and ABB India Ltd. Synchro Electricals stated that the new facility and environmental initiatives align with its mission to deliver reliable, innovative, and sustainable electrical solutions and strengthen its long-term manufacturing capabilities. ENERGY UPDATES Cliantech Solutions Partners with Encore Systems to Boost BESS Manufacturing in India Cliantech Solutions has entered into a collaboration with Encore Systems to enhance Battery Energy Storage Sys- tem (BESS) manufacturing capabilities in India. The partnership aims to sup- port the country’s growing demand for advanced lithium battery production solutions. The company provides full-scale lithium battery manufacturing solutions, offer- ing turnkey, semi-automatic, and fully automatic assembly lines for lithium cell, module, pack, and container-level production. Its systems are scalable up to gigawatt-class capacities. For this collaboration, Encore System will de- liver end-to-end project execution, in- cluding concept feasibility, plant and process engineering, prototype develop- ment, manpower training, installation, production ramp-up, automation and MES integration, certifications, and long-term maintenance services. The company’s solutions provide complete production traceability, quality assur- ance, data-driven insights, and Industry 4.0-ready manufacturing capabilities. Technology transfer arrangements with global Tier-1 suppliers enable custom- ers to build indigenous manufacturing ecosystems supported by proven pro- duction expertise. The MES-integrat- ed smart automation lines, powered by Shinhop, further improve efficiency and line intelligence. With over 50 years of cumulative tech- nology experience, more than 150 com- pleted projects in India and abroad, and over 20 GWh of installed assembly capacity, Encore Systems has built a strong presence in the electric vehicle, energy storage, and solar-storage sec- tors. Its expertise spans customised equipment design, OEM partnerships, MES–ERP connectivity, and 24×7 technical support.
