Q What are the latest product offer- ings Growatt is bringing for the Indian customers during this year’s REI show and their key specialties? Shantanu Sirsath: Growatt will be showcasing its all inverter range in single phase from 1kW to 6kW as well as three-phase inverters from 3kW to 125kW in 1100V and MAX 250-253 for utility segment: MAX 100-125KTL3-X LV model is part of our continuous effort to stay at the forefront of technology and product innovation. The inverter has created many highest in the market, the highest power density, the highest power rating of a single unit for C&I in- verters, and also has the highest string current up to 16A, perfectly compatible with the high power modules. Further- more, it integrates other functions like the PID, AFCI and PLC communica- tion. All of these can obviously reduce the BOS cost and increase solar power generation, which will effectively re- duce the LCOE of the system. Growatt also expands its inverter port- folio to a new utility-scale solution with MAX185-253KTL3-XHV1500Vstring inverters for Indian ground-mounted projects, utility-based projects, devel- opers as well as EPC players who dom- inantly prefer string inverters. With 12 A major factor in solar, which has led to the advancement in inverters, is the increasing focus on BOS. Inverters’ rating has seen an upward trend such as increasing from 5kW up to 125kW for the C&I segment due to technological advancement in the semiconductor field.
