From that patented base, we have developed a Low-WVTR variant to meet the moisture-barrier demands of high-efficiency TOPCon and HJT cell architectures. In this design, Low-WVTR is not a separate technology but a specialisation within our fluorocarbon-coated backsheet family.

Cell Alignment and Fixation Tapes: During lay-up and lamination, these tapes prevent string misalignment or microslip, reducing solder defects or hotspot formation.

Silicon Sealant: Perimeter sealing is critical in blocking slow moisture ingress. Our products are designed for low permeation, UV resistance, and elastic recovery.

PV Ribbon and Busbar Solutions: We supply tinned copper ribbon and busbar assemblies tuned for low resistive losses and reliable solder joints even in demanding module layouts.

By integrating all these layers, Novanext ensures that the interfaces perform, minimising mismatches (e.g., incompatible adhesives, differential expansion, delamination) which often only manifest after field deployment.
