Recently, we launched our next-generation multi-busbar PV cell stringer – JC-CHA8000/JC-CHA10000 designed to transform solar module manufacturing with enhanced productivity, quality control, and operational stability.

The JC-CHA8000 and JC-CHA10000 models offer full-line responsibility, providing a comprehensive, end-to-end solution to streamline production, improve yields, and reduce waste across the manufacturing process.

This latest innovation reinforces Jinchen’s commitment to driving efficiency and technological advancement in the solar industry. By integrating advanced inspection systems and offering compatibility with a wide range of cell types, our new stringers help manufacturers scale up without compromising on quality.

Higher Line Yield: Designed for robust performance and stability, the equipment supports a wide range of cell formats, including sizes from 166mm to 230mm, 9BB to 24BB, and half-cut (1/2) and third-cut (1/3) cells.

Enhanced Rejection Control: With an impressive equipment uptime of ≥95 percent, a cell breakage rate of ≤0.2 percent, and a string rejection rate of ≤1.5 percent, manufacturers can reduce waste while maintaining premium quality.

Intelligent Monitoring and Support: The system is equipped with multiple AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) modules for precise cell and string inspection, as well as integrated EL testing to ensure defect-free production.
