Another quantum leap in multispectral electroluminescence inspection is the reduction of the false detection rate by more than a factor of six, down to under 0.5 percent, resulting in a significantly higher output of immaculate cells. Due to poor detection rates, conventional EL systems waste too much material in solar production.
