Tata Power honored with SAP ACE Awards 2018 for Sourcing Excellence.

Tata Power, India’s largest integrated power company, today announced that it has won the 11^thedition of SAP ACE Award 2018. The award was handed to Mr. Rajit Desai, Chief Corporate Contracts and representatives from IT & Corporate contracts at a recently held event in Mumbai

SAP ACE awards are an industry benchmark to recognize the best of best - run businesses in the Indian subcontinent. The award honours business excellence achieved through the implementation of SAP solutions. Tata Power won this prestigious award in the category of “Sourcing Excellence” for its smart implementation and usage of SAP Ariba cloud solution on procurement process to drive agility and cost efficiency while bringing in more transparency and accountability in the system.
