The German leading renewable energy company Juwi received the “Axia Award 2011 Rhine-Main”, advertised by Deloitte, a leading accounting and consulting company.
Juwi COO Jochen Magerfleisch, who accepted the award in Frankfurt, sees the prize as a confirmation of Juwi’s chosen path: "Of course, we have a very well-structured controlling. Of course, we make sure that every project is efficient. However, we do not lead our employees according to these financial ratios. We practice a value-oriented and consensus-oriented management system. The focus is on people.”
The jury, chaired by Peter Steiner, praised the Juwi group as a role model for the economy.<br />
