Enoro has signed a contract to deliver Enoro CIS (Customer Information System) SaaS service in Finland and Norway for Fortum, the leading energy retailer in the Nordics.
Enoro CIS will handle the combined customer service and billing for over 700,000 energy customers in Finland and Norway. Fortum selected Enoro after an extensive review process. The transformation project will start in August 2016 and the CIS system will be ready for use in 2018.
