Venugopal Keshanakurthi appointed as Chief Financial Officer of RattanIndia Power Limited

RattanIndia Power Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Venugopal Keshanakurthi as the Chief Financial Officer of the company with immediate effect. The decision was taken in a board meeting held on 12^th February 2016.

Mr Keshanakurthi will oversee corporate finance, accounting, investor relations and financial strategies for the company. He will be directly reporting to the Chairman of the company Mr Rajiv Rattan.

Mr Venugopal Keshanakurthi has around 27 years of rich and diverse experience in finance and fund raising. Prior to joining RattanIndia Power, he was associated with GVK group as Director and Chief Financial Officer. Before that he had worked with Adani  Power Ltd for over a decade.
